Lucas Gordon, an upcoming Rock Star entertaining the Bay Area (San Francisco) came for a visit to learn how to make this dish "Chef Baudi style". This presentation is part of the new and exciting Rock-N-Cook cooking/concert series created by Barbara Wahli and Marco Baudenbacher (Chef Baudi).
